Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information StarDrive Inc. ("StarDrive", "we", "us") receives through verifyplan.com and what we do with it. VerifyPlan is a product of StarDrive. For any privacy question, email privacy@verifyplan.com.
What we collect
This site is deliberately minimal. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it loads nothing from third parties.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
- Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you choose to include in your message.
We do not buy or enrich data about you from other sources.
How we use it
- To reply to your email and discuss VerifyPlan with you, including a design partnership or evaluation you ask about.
- To operate and secure this website.
- To meet legal obligations, including export-control and recordkeeping requirements that apply to a U.S. aerospace and defense company.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, our legal bases are taking steps you request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). StarDrive Inc. is the data controller.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
- Google Workspace: business email.
Each processes data under its own data processing terms. Both operate in the United States; transfers from the EEA, UK or Switzerland rely on the mechanisms described in their terms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Requirements you share with us
VerifyPlan software runs on your own machines, and this website never receives your requirements. If you choose to send us requirements or other engineering material during an evaluation, we handle it only under a written agreement with you, such as an NDA, and never through this website. Please do not email controlled technical data (for example ITAR or CUI material) without that agreement and appropriate handling arranged in advance.
Retention
We keep email correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and as required for legal, accounting or export-compliance purposes. Hosting logs are kept for the short rotation periods set by Vercel.
Your rights
EEA, UK and Switzerland. Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, receive it in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California. We collect only the categories described above: identifiers and professional information you send us, and internet activity in server logs. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined in the CCPA/CPRA and do not use sensitive personal information. You may ask to know, delete or correct your information, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
To make a request, email privacy@verifyplan.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within the time limits the law requires.
Children
This site is for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, for example by adding a contact form or analytics, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it. Changes are posted here with a new date.
